A two day Workshop on Biotechnology on 12th - 13th February 2020, was organized by Dept. of Biosciences. The Inaugral Ceremony of the workshop was graced by Col. Shailendra Kumar Choubey (Commandant, Central Military Veterinary Laboratory, Meerut Cantt) as chief guest, Dr. Sonal Shrivastava (Senior Scientist, I.V.R.I., Izatnagar, Bareilly) as Guest of Honour, Dr. S.P. Deshwal (Chairman CAEHS), Dr. S.K. Garg (Director, CAEHS), Dr. Lalit Kumar (Academic Coordinator, CAEHS) and two research associates Dr. Pallavi and Dr. Nupur Dutta (I.V.R.I., Bareilly).
During the workshop Dr. Sonal Shrivastava, Dr. Pallavi and Dr. Nupur Dutta covered various techniques: ELISA handling, Gene Cloning and PCR handling, Bioinformatics tools handling and Animal Cell Culture Technique. Participants learned with fun and interacted to solve their queries.
The organizing secretary Dr. Megha Singh and committee members : Ms. Nisha Dhillon, Ms. Shalu Chaudhary, Ms. Shalu Sharma, Dr. Sonam Arya and Ms. Tanupriya arranged the programe.
